“Very nice restaurant based in North Shields, tastefully decorated with unusual pieces of furniture expected to see in a home rather than a restaurant which adds to the vibe of this restaurant. Tried the August set menu which was value for money at £30 per head for 3 courses this month. Every course was delicious and well worth a visit if in the area.”

“Beautiful Sunday lunch in a stunning setting with an open kitchen and attentive but never intrusive service. The price point is above most other places locally for a Sunday menu but for very good reason. Accommodated our party of 9 very well, all having 2 courses which were a mix of starters and deserts and everything was exceptional. Second visit and now firmly our go-to special event restaurant. The Rolled pork belly dinner was the best thing I’ve eaten this year, well done all!”

“Lovely little place. We had breakfast which was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have put as many tables out as possible leaving little space to move or get around but, to be fair, once at your table you don’t feel crowded. Plus points for covering the cost of parking at the nearby car park.”
